Director’s Statement

“

I made this film out of a fascination with the silent spaces we leave behind, believing time will fill them, while fate quietly stitches them back together. I do not see the unfinished as failure, or absence as a void to be filled, but as one of the most human and honest forms of life.

The film comes from a personal preoccupation with how the past endures in the present: not as a memory we summon out of nostalgia, but as a living trace that inhabits the body, hides in silence, and lingers in places we thought we had left. Time here is not a straight line but a single continuous fabric, and memory is not an archive but a hidden force that keeps reshaping reality.

Fate appears not as melodramatic coincidence, but as a delicate architecture of postponements: missed moments, deferred encounters, small decisions that quietly draw our destinies. I built the film from the inside out, from feeling before idea, letting the audience live with the characters through their glances and silences before trying to understand them.

My hope is that viewers leave carrying a feeling rather than an answer. If the film achieves any completion, it will happen not on the screen, but in the space it leaves within them after the image fades.
